Designed by FAB Studio, a Dallas company owned by Aggie Frank Butler, class of ’76, the Atlas Hotel will have 177 rooms, a restaurant and bar, wellness spa, ballroom, meeting rooms and an outdoor, rooftop living room with a water feature and a view of Kyle Field.
